Withdrawal from the contract

Effective from 20 October 2026

A consumer who bought goods in the shop.oxodrink.com online shop can withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days (section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code). This also applies to Home Kits and tubes.

1. Time limit

The 14 days run from the day the buyer (or a person they choose, other than the carrier) receives the goods. If the order arrives in several parcels, they run from receipt of the last one. The time limit is met if the buyer sends the withdrawal notice before it ends.

2. Exception

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods in sealed packaging that the buyer has unsealed and that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (section 1837(g) of the Czech Civil Code). This covers an opened tea concentrate and an opened pack of pearls. Unopened goods can always be returned.

3. How to withdraw

Any clear statement is enough, for example an email to shop@oxodrink.eu or a letter to Bubble Point s.r.o., Švábova 772/18, Hlubočepy, 152 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic. The buyer states the order number. The model form below can be used but is not required.

4. Returning the goods

The buyer sends the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing, to [adresa pro vrácení zboží – doplní Pavel]. The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the goods.

5. Refund

Within 14 days of the withdrawal (section 1831 of the Czech Civil Code) we refund all money we received from the buyer, including the delivery price. If the buyer chose a more expensive delivery than the cheapest one we offer (delivery to a pickup point for CZK 79 / €3.90), we refund delivery only up to that cheapest price.

We refund the same way the buyer paid: to the card, or by transfer to the account the payment came from, unless we agree otherwise. We may wait with the refund until we have the goods back or the buyer shows they have sent them.

The buyer is liable for any loss in value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is needed to establish their nature and characteristics.

6. Model withdrawal form
